Effective Client Management Strategies
What does it take to develop and maintain a win-win relationship with a client? The objective of this facilitated session is to answer this question in a practical way. The topics to be discussed during this session include:

Going beyond the first assignment
While this is an interactive session, some best practices that have proven efficient and effective in a variety of environments will be used as a framework for the discussions.
About the Facilitator:
Ali Taleb is a senior management consultant and a relationship
manager. He has over fifteen years of experience working for a number of
large multinationals, small businesses and not-for-profit organizations
across North America, Europe, Africa and South America. Ali has also been a
successful entrepreneur and has held progressive and diverse senior
management positions in several corporations.
In addition to his passion for service delivery and client relationship
management, Ali has recognized expertise in a variety of management
consulting areas such as strategic planning and execution, process
engineering, project and portfolio management, and organizational change
management.
A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), he holds a Masters degree
in Engineering (MSc) from the University of Paris; and a Masters degree in
Business Administration (MBA) from the Richard Ivey School of Business at
the University of Western Ontario.
